What you bring to the table:
- Skills: You have mastered classic cuts, modern fades, and the safe handling of a straight razor (beard shaping & wet shaves).
- An Eye for Detail: “Good enough” isn’t in your vocabulary. You work with precision and a keen eye for individual head shapes.
- Character: You are professional, reliable, and looking for a relaxed yet focused daily routine.
- Experience: Ideally, you have already gained experience in a barbershop or are a hair stylist with a passion for men’s grooming services.
Your Responsibilities:
- Providing independent consultations and services to our clients (Old Town Cuts, Beard Trims & Shaves).
- Ensuring our high quality standards are met.
- Maintaining your tools and the shop – making sure the Gallery always looks its best.

Your Profile:
- Qualifications: Completed Master Craftsman examination in hairdressing or a comparable qualification.
- Experience: Long-standing experience in men’s grooming and the art of barbering.
- Mindset: You have an eye for the “big picture” and stay calm even when the shop is buzzing.
- Standards: A high commitment to precision and aesthetics.
Your Responsibilities:
- High-End Services: Performing all premium services (from the Old Town Cut & Shave to scalp massages).
- Leadership: Providing technical support to the team and ensuring our craftsmanship standards.
- Representation: Acting as an ambassador for our shop as the premier address in Nuremberg.
